Operator field guide

Plan the next choice.

Explore three purposes, then check a choice that actually appears for your Operator. A roadmap is a set of possibilities, not an allocated build.

This tool checks a choice without selecting a trait or spending points in the game.

Choose a purpose

These reference cards work without entering any personal state. Candidates have no promised order or guaranteed availability.

Conditional roadmap

Recovery support — conditional trait plan

Consider recovery support for a squad that expects to revive teammates and manage wounds.

  • Faster Revive

    Reviving takes less time.

    When to consider it

When teammate revives are part of your expected role.

Consider this effect for time spent reviving.

Its value depends on reaching a teammate and completing the revive; it does not solve every recovery need.

  • Numb the Pain

Revives apply painkiller and smelling-salt effects.

    When to consider it

When recovery immediately after a revive is the concern.

Consider the post-revive effect separately from revive speed.

Do not assume this and a speed trait appear together or that their effects stack numerically.

  • Free Revive

    The first wound repairs automatically.

    When to consider it

When first-wound recovery is relevant to the deployment.

Compare the wound-related effect with the available squad-support alternatives.

The name alone does not establish a free revive item, repeated uses or complete medical coverage.

  • Impact Smokes

    Being downed triggers smoke.

    When to consider it

When the downed-state effect fits your support role.

Consider this as a situational downed-state option.

Smoke is not a guarantee of a successful revive, escape or retained equipment.

Tradeoffs & fallback
  • A recovery preference may compete with another offered option that better fits the immediate task. Compare the actual menu, not this candidate list as a complete build.
  • Do not remove medical supplies solely because a desired trait appears in this roadmap.

If recovery candidates are absent or unresolved, keep the current commitments, review owned medical items and choose only from documented current offers. Do not assume a future recovery branch will appear.

Your current offers, point costs and branch access determine which choices are available.

Conditional roadmap

Resource collection — conditional trait plan

Match a possible loot-oriented choice to the sources already relevant to your route.

  • Container Looter

May add extra container loot; the rate and affected container types are unspecified.

    When to consider it

When container inspection is already part of the route.

Compare the container-focused opportunity with hostile-focused alternatives.

Affected container types and rates are unknown; no extra item is budgeted.

  • Hostile Looter

May add Uncommon or Rare printer ingredients to hostile loot; the rates are unspecified.

    When to consider it

When inspecting hostile loot is already relevant.

Consider the ingredient opportunity for an ingredient-focused goal.

This does not identify a named ingredient, enemy tier, probability or best farming route.

  • Adaptive Restock

Adds an extra item to hostile drops according to the guide; eligibility and item pool are unspecified.

    When to consider it

When its actual Warfighter offer fits an existing combat route.

Consider the described extra-item effect separately from ingredient-specific interest.

A described additional item is not a measured yield or a guaranteed useful ingredient; do not add it again at recovery or extraction.

  • Investor

    Extraction yields slightly more cash.

    When to consider it

When extracted cash is the goal rather than a named material.

Consider the cash-related effect as a different objective.

Do not convert an unspecified increase into a discount, fixed budget or ingredient yield.

Tradeoffs & fallback
  • Container and hostile opportunities are different source operations; this plan does not establish which produces more value.
  • Extra acquisition opportunities do not establish recovery, successful extraction or retention.

If no matching choice is currently supported, keep the goal checklist and use known acquisition alternatives. Do not plan extra combat, spend scarce supplies or promise a material total from an unknown loot effect.

Your current offers, point costs and branch access determine which choices are available.

Conditional roadmap

Reconnaissance — conditional trait plan

Compare situational information and detection choices for the intended route.

  • UAV Upgrade

UAVs gain reach, persistence and Advanced functionality.

    When to consider it

When an applicable UAV effect will actually be used.

Consider the UAV-related effect for an information-focused role.

This trait does not supply a UAV, establish ownership or guarantee full-map coverage.

  • Overwatch

Activated UAV towers have no expiry.

    When to consider it

When the route includes activating a relevant UAV tower.

Consider the tower-specific effect instead of assuming all UAV effects are equivalent.

Do not assume it stacks with duration changes or makes a tower safe to reach.

  • Air Superiority

UAV towers and SAM sites last longer.

    When to consider it

When a current Survivalist offer fits planned tower or SAM activity.

Compare its activity-specific scope with the Scout alternatives.

A different tree can require a different offered decision; do not skip preceding branches.

  • Thermal Padding

UAV concealment; Advanced UAV detection becomes ordinary.

    When to consider it

When the detection-related effect is the more relevant concern.

Consider concealment separately from gathering information.

The name does not imply universal invisibility; consult the actual referenced effect.

Equipment & activity conditions
  • An applicable UAV effect must be used; the exact inventory item and ownership are unresolved.
  • A relevant UAV tower must be activated; this plan does not establish location access.
  • A relevant UAV tower or SAM site activity must be used; route availability remains unresolved.

Availability is unknown. A trait does not establish ownership of its related equipment.

Tradeoffs & fallback
  • Information gathering and avoiding detection serve different needs; no global winner is asserted.
  • Activity access and equipment ownership require their own checks, even when the trait choice is conditionally feasible.

If the needed UAV or activity is unavailable, defer its dependent candidate. Compare the other actual offers against the route, preserve existing commitments and do not assume a later tower or trait will become available.

Your current offers, point costs and branch access determine which choices are available.

Your recorded Operator state and actual decision

01 / Operator state

Leave unrecorded values blank. Blank means unknown, including your point budget.

Already committed choices

Record only existing selections. Branch numbers start at 1 in this form.

Permanent traits

02 / Your displayed decision

Record the offered choices from one menu. The trait list below is a reference catalog; membership does not mean your Operator is offered that trait.

No offers or prices are prefilled. Unknown eligibility or cost keeps the result unresolved.

Keep or restore a local state record

Export the last checked state. Imports are reviewed before applying and cannot erase recorded commitments, change Operators or silently migrate a build. Start a separate page for another Operator.
