FIELD BRIEF · Commander

Choose an encounter you can afford to finish and leave.

Know the threat

  • Nearby Commanders appear on the Tac-Map, with a Team Leader warning. Commander intel cannot be purchased.

  • The first defeat of each Commander is described as awarding cash; ingredient rewards require killing a Commander and extracting. No specific ingredient is mapped to an individual boss here.

PREPARATION

Before you engage

Preparation tips; damage and health values are not available yet.

  1. Identify the Commander

Use the named briefs to distinguish the armored soldier, large drone and battle tank before deciding on your approach.

  2. Make the objective explicit

Agree whether the squad is pursuing the encounter itself or an ingredient. An unknown ingredient pool cannot support a promise that this is the best way to fill a particular shortage.

  3. Plan the recovery

Reserve enough time and supplies to inspect the result and extract. Compare other acquisition methods if the desired item already has a known recipe, vendor offer or reward.

Find the encounter

Use the live Tac-Map and warnings to confirm contact. The atlas gives area context; it does not supply a fixed Commander spawn.

Commander-group reward

Commander ingredients

Valuable ingredients are described at Commander-group level.

Group description only. This does not establish an individual Commander's ingredient pool or a carried-weapon pickup.

PLAN THE EXIT

Keep the reward run separate from the kill: check what you recovered, then complete extraction. Do not mark a planned ingredient acquired just because a Commander died.
