PROGRESSION / LEVELS, DOG TAGS & PRESTIGE
Four progression tracks, clear reward types, and a checklist for your next Operator Prestige.
Overall Player Level. Choose Classic or Regular Prestige after completing level 55; ten Prestiges lead to Master and level 1,000.
Shared account progression for FOB stations, recipe access, items and identity unlocks.
All 70 DMZ levels and rewards →Shared across Multiplayer and DMZ, with a different maximum for each weapon. Progression does not put the weapon in your Stash.
Each Active Duty Operator earns their own Trait Points. Operator Prestige spends gear and cash and resets ordinary Traits.
These are parallel contributions, not a dependency chain. Multiplayer or Warzone XP does not advance the 70-level DMZ track. Weapon XP develops the weapon separately.
| Choice | Reset | Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Classic | Player Level, level unlocks and Create-a-Class reset. | 20% XP boost; one Permanent Unlock Token; bonus cosmetics |
| Regular | Player Level resets; level unlocks and Create-a-Class remain. | Keep level unlocks and Create-a-Class content |
The launch table puts early Printer recipes at level 2 while separate artwork presents them at level 1. Level 40’s official reward label and level 54’s consumable identity remain incomplete. The full level table keeps those gaps visible.

DMZ XP advances the selected Operator’s Dog Tag. A run may earn more than one level; no fixed XP threshold or point per extraction is established.
Onyx III is the described 18-point cap. The six qualities each contain I, II and III; the exact XP needed for those steps is not published.
Extract a defeated rival Operator’s Dog Tag to add it to the Dog Tag Case. This trophy collection is separate from your own Operator’s rank. Dog Tag Case
Earn all 18 Trait Points and recover an MIA Operator first. Points may be spent or unspent. Each stage consumes gear and Bank cash; ordinary Traits reset.
The second and third-stage descriptions do not specify weapon rarity or explicitly say whether higher-quality gear is accepted. Check the current confirmation. Remove every extra loadout and Backpack item you want to keep.
Permanent Prestige Traits are random and stay with that Operator identity. Up to three can be held. From the fourth Prestige, replace one with the new offer or discard the offer and keep the existing three. The full pool is not published.
The guides cite the official issue board for some Operators failing the Prestige check. Their workaround uses Rare weapons with three attachment slots that have never had four or more.
First-tier description only; it does not resolve the second and third tiers that explicitly require four slots. This is an October 21–22 report; current fix status is unknown.
ANONYMOUS SCENARIO
Enter a plan to see the missing cash, points and equipment. Nothing is read from your account, saved or spent.
Choose a stage and enter a scenario. Unknown fields remain unknown.
At that weapon’s maximum level, optionally enter Weapon Prestige 1 and reset its level to 1. Reaching maximum again automatically enters Weapon Prestige Master without another reset and keeps attachments.
Unlocking a shared attachment makes it available on compatible weapons. Prestiging one weapon does not relock the attachment on other non-Prestiged weapons.
| Reward | Track | Level |
|---|---|---|
| Pyroclast | Weapon Prestige 1 | 1 |
| Terminus | Weapon Prestige 1 | weapon maximum |
| Scatter | Weapon Prestige Master | 150 |
| Cascade | Weapon Prestige Master | 250 |
2026-10-19 — Progression article says attachments relock except Apex and Blueprint attachments.
2026-10-21 — Launch patch note section says all attachments on the Prestiged weapon, including shared ones, lock and then unlock by weapon level.
Do not assume Apex or Blueprint exceptions survive the current reset. Check the game prompt.
Receiving a kit is an item reward. Opening it unpacks contents into the Stash. The previews below list component types for those specific level rewards; ordinary component counts are not published.
The Recon Equipment Kit description uses a Police Station Key at level 19 and a Black Market Weapons Locker Key at level 46. Keep those reward variants separate.
Vault Edition has a separate, quantified Vault Deployment Kit contents. Unopened kits can stack in their station. A kit preview does not establish the contents of every kit variant or guarantee later extraction.
These are cosmetic or account unlock previews, not DMZ equipment grants. The launch article gives the following highlights; the future cosmetic catalog is incomplete.
