World Fact

Boss Board intel and challenges

Choose a target, distinguish paid intel from Hunt Tower detection, and track kills separately from extracted Dog Tags.

Choose your intel.

Unlock the board

  • Official FOB guide: unlock after completing the second DMZ Order.
  • Later walkthroughs describe the second page of Orders. These descriptions do not establish one reconciled current-build prerequisite.

Paid Lieutenant intel

25,000 DMZ Cash — published early-access price.

  • One selected-target intel purchase applies to the next deployment.
  • Earlier challenges must be completed before a target’s intel is available; the official Bale screen names Underground, Counterfeit and Human Intel.
  • The official Boss Board image says paid intel guarantees that selected target is active on the next deployment. This is not a guarantee for an unpaid target or every boss in every match.
  • Other squads can pursue the same target.

Find a target in Hajin

Activating a Lieutenant Hunt tower reveals the closest Lieutenant; it is a location aid, not purchased intel.

Commander information

  • Commander information is free; paid Lieutenant intel is a separate system.
  • The official guide describes Commanders as present in Hajin, with proximity Tac-Map and team-leader warnings; individual spawn locations and frequency remain unknown.

Swap before deployment

The published walkthrough reports free swaps to another eligible Lieutenant after buying intel and before deployment. This does not establish reusable intel across deployments or access to a locked target.

These are secondary reports of intel access. They do not guarantee a fixed spawn or reveal every target’s prerequisites. The official illustrated Bale card agrees with the listed chapters.

Kill credit and extraction credit are different.

  • The official guide describes a Dog Tag Case for every Lieutenant defeat; possible iconic weapons and keys are separate acquisition outcomes.
  • Picking up a Lieutenant Dog Tag broadcasts the carrier’s location.
  • Extract the tag for Boss Board credit; a tag taken from another player can count.
  • First-takedown cash and extracted-tag payments are separate from inventory drops; repeat payments remain qualified by the named source.

Extract every Lieutenant tag twice10 Lieutenants2 successful tag extractions · extraction requiredIdentity unrevealed
Extract every Lieutenant tag five times10 Lieutenants5 successful tag extractions · extraction requiredIdentity unrevealed

The official UI shows a 10-target denominator; this packet’s ten named Lieutenants match that count. A future roster change must not silently change historical requirements.

Details still unresolved
  • Challenge reward identities and claim timing are not readable in the inspected official UI.
  • Exact build, intel-price changes, squad credit rules and current counter persistence are not independently measured.
  • Bale’s illustrated chapter prerequisites do not establish identical prerequisites for every other target.
  • The inspected walkthrough supplies intel prerequisites for four named targets only. The remaining target prerequisites and current-build changes are unresolved.
